Ok, not that new, just meant I'm the only owner so the builder did that and no one else.

I don't wanna make a big deal out of it, it just looks nasty w the residue but no leak so I'll just call it a day...for now.

I’d give them a call anyway. You never know. If anything, they can tell you who did the work originally.

I think it's nothing, it just looks bad aesthetically but I don't see it being a patch where 2 pipes connect; it's dry. Anyway, there's no water accumulated there.

Same goes for my smoke detector battery.
