Any chance you can post some side shots? Thinking about grabbing the gloss black. Out of all the designs I’ve found, this one is my favorite but I’m nervous it’ll look significantly lower than the side skirts.

Here you go. Note the car is on a bit of an incline and the brick pavers are not flush with the ground. Added a front view shot.

I’ve never seen carbon fiber in a houndstooth pattern.

Nice

I’m bought the gloss black version of this from Amazon on sale for $72 and I have zero regrets or complaints. Looks great, fits great and I agree with OP that the car now looks complete. Pics from earlier today after a wash.

The pattern/color is certainly not the same as my other pp CF that I have in the car (that’s quite obvious and expected as shown in the pictures). It is plastic (of course!) but firm. It was delivered in 3 pieces, well packaged (my dog was surprised too. So much packaging for this!?), included hardware (I didn’t use the screws provided since this installation is just a test), it even included adhesive enhancer and the thinnest double-sided tape I ever seen. To install, I just removed 8 10mm bolts and two pins. Then connected the 3 pieces together with the smaller screws provided. Super simple, did it from the ground.

My overall reaction from 5 feet apart is: the car looks now complete! It certainly needed a lip. I added the CF air ducts in hopes to be happy with the front look but it needs a lip. I drove out of the driveway and the lip scrapes, not good but it survived!!! It scratches no matter the incoming angle, but it has not break… yet. How long will it last… probably not long. I will have the 10mm handy!

From up close, it certainly dont match or looks real but I will live with it until it gets obliterated… probaly very soon!

Here are a few of pictures for your enjoyment…

Now, if you see me on the road, stay 5 feet away.
Hey just to be clear did you use factory screws in lieu of the ones they came with? No drilling or extras needed? I agree for 90 bux can’t go wrong. Would hate to spend 300 plus just to have it banged up.

Here is the 4-month update… it finally broke!!!!!! Hahhahaha

Got back home from that 1300 mile roadtrip and found a small piece was gone. Based on the pictures of the trip, it happened on the last day of the trip. I never registered any impact. Maybe it was already cracked by the driveway’s punishment and the high speed blew it away.

Still shopping for a gloss black. Saw the “new” Maxton styles but the lead time is quite long. In the meantime, may get this sameone but this time a gloss black.

Overall, it certainly exceeded my very low expectations…

I used the factory screws only and no drilling. I did use a bit of 3m tape here and there.
