Every increase is a gain, and the weight saving from the midpipe results in a faster car.

but if the only concern is increasing power, there are better value upgrades that the customer should start with. If they have already made these upgrades and still want more, then every additional wheel horsepower matters.

At what tune level? The DPs could be costing/robbing a lot more than 11hp, the higher you’re trying to tune the car..

The primary downpipe removal plus a tune is what yields the big gains. Not the downpipes alone. The cats are pretty good flowing from the factory.

That's true up to a certain point; beyond that, the stock downpipes will need to be replaced.

Another factor to consider is the restriction caused by the stock cats. While you might achieve the same power, you'll have to put significantly more pressure on your turbos to reach this goal. With better-flowing pipes, the power range becomes wider, allowing for improved performance with less strain on the turbos.

Did this today. I just ordered my ER high flow cats and crossover to attach to my milltek catback.

Awaiting goods back from FEMTO now and will run a BM3 Stage 2 ACN91 OTS tune for now. Curious what kind of power id be looking at with our bad gas.

Will run flex fuel soon so I don’t have to worry much about that. For now ACN91 is fine.

I think I’ll see some good gains with the ER downs 200cel plus my tune.

Exactly! Restrictions become more significant as power and flow increases.
