Not sure what I'm going to do yet, if anything. I love the sound of the exhaust from outside of the car - exactly what I was going for, but it can be pretty obnoxious inside - but only sometimes.
im going to keep recommending the single midpipe until everyone switches and there are no more complaints about rasp or drone on this forum

Yes from outside and when ripping by traffic, car sounds great. Cruising at 2k rpm gives me a migraine. Sadly in any mode the car defaults to cruising right at 2k rpm. I either have to put it in manual mode and downshift every time it hits 2k, or I have to deal with it to try to maintain fuel efficiency (28-29 mpg) for the trip.

Is this mostly highway speeds you're settling on 2K rpm?

While I have had long a few drives, I haven't yet gotten up to 75-85mph for any length of time. I'm planning on doing just that thing this afternoon. I may be singing a different sad song after I do that - we'll see.

Yes. I drive Dallas to Austin & Austin to Dallas every weekend. 3.5 - 4 hours each way, cruise set at 85 mph. Sits at 2k rpm in 8th gear. Even cruising to/from work every day (45-60 mph) the gearing puts the car at 2k rpm. From inside sounds like the car is "lugging" or that the car is in wrong gear for the speed. Maybe it always sounded like this but is now just really amplified.
