It's on the news right now because the parents are very upset that the pictures are on the Internet and they're taking legal action. 20 million dollar lawsuit! dude, that was 3 YEARS ago. the suite has been dismissed and they are waiting for an appeal decision. It's on that very Wikipedia page.

i was watching the story about these photos getting leaked on the news today and she had a brain tumor when she was younger that they had to removed but it affected her judgement which is why they say she started doing drugs
