looks like the concrete parking block acted as a "ramp" to launch it up onto the 2 cars... priceless.

I bet the X5 suffered some decent damage too though, probably mashed up some of the front drivetrain/suspension

here in Ontario (where this happened was actually a gym north of toronto that a lot of forum members go to LOL) licensing centers were notoriously corrupt.

There were cases in scarborough (suburb of toronto) where a licensing center was selling licenses to inexperienced drivers for a fee (i.e. without proper testing)

Or like in Chicago, you can not be able to read or speak the language the test is in, and just go back and correct your answers as many times as it takes to get a passing score. My question is, if you can't read the signs, how can can you drive safely? I had a few moments in Germany where I was a tool because I couldn't read what was about to happen. I stopped and learned from a girl at the gas station!

The driver of the BMW SUV X5 in the Extreme Fitness lot pulled into a space and kept going, up and over two parked cars. One of them belongs to Todd Jamison, systems administrator at the gym, whose voice shook Wednesday when he described how his car was destroyed.
