Lots of Ex Cobra owners here eh? I had a 570whp '98 Cobra, but I don't really regret selling it.
The cars I do regret selling: '03 Mustang GT vert: First car I really went crazy on modding. Had a vortech S-trim, all kinds of suspension mods including an '03 Cobra IRS. Just a awesome car with which I really learned how to work on cars and met a ton of awesome people in a local Cobra club. I bought a jeep and got into offroading and thought I didn't need two cars at the time, but really should have never sold it. Having a very was great too. '00 Integra GSR: Bought this only a few months after selling the aforementioned GT. Was a great commuter car and actually fun to drive. Paid cash for it so I didn't have any car payments between my Jeep and this. Ended up trading it in for the built '98 Cobra because I wanted a powerful mustang again. I ended up spending a fortune fixing things that broke on the Cobra and lost a ton of money when I sold it. I'd have a lot more money right now had I just kept the GS-R. |

94' twin turbo Z. barley modded to 400hp. Too young and broke to have really been able to afford the car at that time.. It was a pleasure though. Fast, comfortable and easy on the eyes. A great GT/sports car. The interior just kind of wrapped itslef around you. You arm rested naturally on the center rest/transmission tunnel allowing just a flck of the wrist shifts. That engine was way over built. I like/respect the 370z but it's a little to ricer for me because of what some guys do to it. I love two seat GT's but cant think of any that aren't too big or too small now. Sigh, love lost.

Believe it or not, 1996 Chevy Blazer. Had 176k on the clock when I sold it in 2005, and only had to replace the radiator other than regularly scheduled maintenance. No issues otherwise.
My mom bought a 1999 Blazer not too long after I first got mine, had to have a full engine replacement prior to 50k. Therein lies the reason why I will not buy American crap for a while. |

1992 GMC Typhoon.
Especially now that some are selling for more than they were new. Brake boost to 12 PSI and with nearly 500 lb/ft and AWD, it was perfect for stop light confrontations. It was heavy for the time but not much more than the current 3-series. ![]() ![]() |

Def my 02 s2000. The sound of that car on lower wacker in Chicago with an AEM Intake was amazing. Basically it was my ghetto Monte Carlo...but I loved it.

My 2001 E39. Especially considering the E38 I replaced it with was a money pit.

Same here. I really missed my 1993 Porsche RS America. These cars are selling for the same price as they did 15 years ago.
Car that I was most happiest selling (wish I never bought): 2005 Lotus Elise. At least I can say that I owned a Lotus; kinda. ![]() |

I still miss my 1997 VW GTI Driver's Edition with the VR6. Ginster yellow on black leather. Loved it. Should've kept it - I believe that only 1,000 were built.
