Slight threadjack but I recently got streaming Netflix and most of the TG seasons are available.

And not butchered to fit in the commecials either like the BBC America airings. Complete shows.

heres whats wrong with this, There is no banter between the cast. Thats what makes Top Gear (The Real Top Gear) so funny. They are constantly making fun of each other and I dont see this in the trailer at all. I wonder if the history channel is gonna keep the name the way it is because there is only one top gear.

This will fail. You don't mess with perfection that is the OG Top Gear and soil it with cheap knock off series with people that simply can not deliver the same show or even an alternative that is half as good. Tanner I can get as the skilled driver in the bunch but the other two? Just NO! Who is that big fat dude? Why is he on TV? WHy is he hosting a car show? He has zero appeal, and Adam is just not funny. I predict it will be pulled after 6 episodes.

if the History channel wanted TG, they should just work out a deal w/ BBC and bring it w/ out delay, unlike BBC America

I agree! And... it is not like the original T.G. is in some other foreign language or anything! It would have been better for History to just bring us the real deal.

I just download mine off the internet and watch the show one or two days later. I am hooked on T.G.

Do yourself a favor and download the "real" episodes from finalgear.com.

BBC America cuts out about 15 minutes from every episode. Plus they air the seasons about a year later.
