like others have said there is nothing to be sorry about. All the cars you listed are great cars- and you've just ended up with one of them. It's win-win in my book. Congrats!!

The car is awesome. I have been following it for awhile now, however I cannot wait until late fall to purchase a car, especially at the higher msrp these cars will be going for compared to the 3 series.
However if the S5's gas mileage wasn't so horrendous, I would wait. With 15 city/21 highway.......might as well drive a chevy tahoe. |

After seeing the S5 I started to consider getting it... I think the interior looks superb and the seats are wonderful. I test-drove a S4 and nearly got it, but held back because it was a 4 door.
However, after carefully weighing the pros and cons, I decided against it and I'm gonna just get an '08 335i. I'm not usually the guy that cares about gas mileage, but the 335i gets better gas mileage in the city than the S5 will get on the highway... that says a lot. Plus with a proceed, the 335i will be a significantly faster car. Not to mention the price will be lower. I guess I was destined to get a 335i :P |

I saw two A5's in downtown Chicago a few weeks ago. They had Michigan manufactuer plates, one debadged the other had badges. One silver , one black. The car looks outstanding. They will sell less cars than the e92 and that may make them stand out or get noticed a little more. Overall it is a beautiful car and if I were getting a coupe it would be a top contender.

I think it's a beautiful car, enjoy it and be proud of your decision.
For me though, the inside/console area does remind me of the cockpit of a 747. Too much crap for me. I'd rather be driving then operating all those buttons! Still, it's a beauty. I hope it's everything you hoped for. |

actually audi had there nuvolari concept out waaay before the e92 came out, and the nuvolari is where the a5 gets most of its styling from, so if anyone is copying anybody, then bmw copied audi

exactly, most people don't remember the concept and just open their mouth, I wouldnt go as far as saying BMW copied Audi, but I see you didnt mean that anyway; you said "if"
