Stupid dell monitor would not let me change the contract for 7 so i cut and pasted the image into a photo program to adjust the contrast

i'm using dell too, just press "-" button, not the menu button.

ok got 8, but still working out the letters Have to mess with contrast gain and look very close and you will see what you need to do
