Not to jack your thread but I have a pretty crazy story as well.

One time I was coming back from Atlantic City. Down in south Jersey on 295 its a 4 lane road where most of the traffic flows at 80-85mph comfortably. I was in the left lane where a line of us were pacing each other. All of a sudden this beige CTS comes flying up in the middle lane which must have been going 120+mph. It was going so fast that it litterally shook my car like I was standing still.

About 2 mins later we hit immediate traffic that goes to a standstill in all 4 lanes. 15 minutes of creeping along we see what happened. The CTS is now on its roof on the side of the road with skidmarks coloring a couple lanes and glass all over. An SUV and what looked like a taurus were intertwined in the right lane and a few more cars with bumper/hood dents are in the shoulder.

The worst part of this was you could see a bloody arm hanging out of the window of the CTS. That was one of those scenes that sticks in your head forever.

To OP: I think there is a deeper story behind your story. 1st) I dont think ppl would just pull a gun on someone for blocking (althought it can happen). 2nd) you said this guy was driving and tailgating everyone. This tells me he is chasing after someone (that someone is the civic). The civic and the "crazy azz driver" must have had some sort of altercation somewhere earlier and the crazy azz driver decided at a moment later to chase down the civic because he just remember he has a gun in his car.

That is the mind set in this country where ppl think it is ok to shoot someone for flipping the bird or over an arguement. Crazy world.

I thought i had said that already in my post, that the crazy guy seemed like he was chasing/looking for the guy in the black civic.

leejoobin - it looked like the crazy guy was drivin some old mitsubishi suv. couldn't get a good tell, although it had some kind of aftermarket hid headlights, cuz it lit up the freeway and all the signs in a white/blueish light.

That's crazy, i was driving one night half asleep and a tanker carrying flammable liquid just exploded out of no where about 4-5 cars back. He didn't hit anything from what i remember, just a huge explosion, it sounded like a missile hitting a tank or something...scariest shit ever.
