Hi,
I really have to applaud you all for your efforts to quit smoking. It can be very challenging and the medical profession is not as good at helping as it should be. It takes an integrated approach for many people. Many malignancies associated with smoking, not to mention Cardiovascular and Respiratory disease. Do your best and seek professional help if needed. I am wishing you and all the others all the very best. |

NO. I was refering to not liking the "cold turkey" approach and needing meds. I am on day 6 of NO smoking. I have not needed a pill for 36 hours. It is all good!
