I personally had a great experience at Govberg Jewelers in PA. Purchased two watches from them new, but they do offer pre-owned watches as well. First watch was purchased in-store while visiting NYC and second watch was shipped to me in Chicago. PM me for contact info if anyone is interested.

Bought my Rolex from these guys last year. They are AD for Rolex and other brands. They are also a forum sponsor on various watch forums (which is how I found my watch).

Pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Tourneau is great to find what you want, but not to buy. They don't like to give the normal discounts other AD will offer. Try on what you like from Tourneau then buy from like Jomashop as others have stated.

This is very true and exactly what I did.

I was in Tourneau just browsing around and fell in love with the IWC Aquatimer 2000 after trying it on my wrist. It was a white dial on a bracelet. Tourneau didn't want to budge in price, so I ended up purchasing the watch from Gobverg.

I did however buy a watch from Tourneau outlet store in TX several years ago and they did offer little discount on top of their outlet price.

As for Jomashop and authentic watches...while their watch may be authentic you forfeit the manufacturer warranty. Besides, if you shop around some AD's will offer similar discounts.
