Grille/kidneys are hideous.....
Rest of it isn't too bad I suppose, but it's not really floating my boat in any significant way.

Actually, I'm pretty sure this is where the new 8-Series will take major inspiration from. We may already seeing the new 8-Series in concept form here.
And if I am not mistaken, a whole new family will be created with the new generation 7-Series. 7-Series sedan and LWB, an X7( maybe X8 too?), 8-Series coupe, Convertible and GranCoupe(looking forward to it actually) with some M possibly thrown around. |

Looks cool, wonder what the MSRP will be, and if it's worth getting over the M6

http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=relmfu&v=h29SwJDXMBc BMW designers have already gone on record recording the concepts interior. No one wants to unveil the new 7er interior yet. Gran Lusso conforms and aligns to the design of the next 7er , especially its surface work and high characterline. You cannot add four doors and say it is the 7er here but you can add extra doors and call it a Gran Coupe. The 7er will be taller in order to adjust to its real world environment but will weight less significantly than today's car and be more technically advanced than before. Unlike the S-Klasse in which the majority prefer driven from the rear , the 7er will be exceptionally tailored for those that actually drive the car. The sleeker looks of the Gran Lusso roofline share with the 2er , 4er and 6er so that the c-pillar is practically at the boot lid. This will also be apparent in the new BMW 8er .

We are now seeing something similar for the 7er.
