your hair being stick straight is good keep that up... I would get rid of the straight cut bangs and have it cut \ sideways... even though its old, id make your hair black... colored eyes + light skin + black hair = HOT

from a girl's perspective,
i say grow it out and see how you like it. if you still consider bangs, then consider longer side swept bangs. it also depends on if your going for the young look or the more mature look.

they look good on you... its hard to say if theyll look better longer, but you can grow hem out a little, and if you dont lie them, you can cut them as they are now... but you look good in the pics
