I told my older brother about this thread and he remembered that it was the final assembaly and pre delivery inspection that was done in Bridgewater NJ. He also reminded me that J.Z.D's personal DeLorean was PAINTED! His own one was painted burgandy. I totally forgot that! He hyped SS finish on his cars but drove a painted one himself!

I remember when they were introduced in the early 80's. They were (for the time) expensive at about $25k new. A few of us talked about buying one as an investment and putting it in storage.
Nice vanity tag... but kind of a giveaway. I would have used "FLUX"
