Exactly for these kinds of things. A professional IT department has protocols for this.
When a person is placed on non active (I can't imagine that that assistant is still getting to work everyday since this is going on...), that person doesn't work there.
So imho she couldn't have gotten all those email addresses from RBR (if RBR has them in the first place), except when she got them in advance before any of this started. And I think that's a bit unlikely.

Time for Red Bull HQ to step in and to ground Jos Verstappen for a couple of races: to declare him persona non grata in the paddock for several weeks, as a measure to make him understand that he won't be calling the shots and that he should not interfere with toxic statements undermining RBR leadership.

Max is powerful enough to understand this. He should turn the tables once and for all after 26 years and to put his father on a leash, at last. Max respects Horner. Jos doesn't.
