What grade are you in? Really? Have you ever been published in ANYTHING? What degrees do you hold and what patents do you have?
You posted a rolling eye response for no good reason while assuming I'm going to sit back and take it. I am not nor should anyone else. Please answer my specific engineering related questions or I'll permanently block you. Your choice, Boba. (Note: "Star Wars" fantasy physics won't suffice in answering my technical questions.) |

Can you see the difference in that, "Ronin?" Now go ahead and answer the tractive force related questions I've posed to another member on here by interfering. You two are clearly the super smart auto experts and I just need to reassured in the mathematics and physical proofs by relying on smarter folks such as yourselves. 1 HP in a currently 453 HP (advertised) engine equates to a 0.2208% difference. No car could drive if individual component production tolerances were anything remotely close to that.
So yes it matters. That's actually a very large deviation from the baseline in anything remotely resembling what's required in the scientific and engineering fields. Hey, which cartoons have you watched this week so far? |

Now that you chimed in, please answer by tractive force related questions (two so far). Think we're going to get into the physics of brakes after this one... We'll delve into the pros and cons of DOHC vs. single cam in block pushrod activated cylinder heads and resulting required engine architecture. This is going to be really fun, folks, so bring on the popcorn! Be sure to bring your build date sheets! |

Your proofs go out the window because rain....and random wind gusts starting at about 38 kph, the nail you just hit with your tire, temperature asymptotes. Harmonic oscillators explain it all much more elegantly in predictive traction models than an intro to engineering proof homework question. And I look forward to the DOHC and pushrod questions. Here's my project while waiting for BMW to produce and deliver a G87 (thus keeping this thread on topic)

Building a Shelby Daytona Coupe for the track (Factory Five).
Again, while waiting for BMW to blow my mind with how quickly they can throw together a G87 and deliver it across the world (hence staying on topic of course).

Wicked build, you have to post pics of it next to your G87 whenever it's done.

While Mom and Dad fight, after 21 days, I finally moved from "final assembly" to "ready for transport"
