I'm actually a Cheesesteak noob, I don't typically get subs or go to Philly often so this was probably my first one I've had in years. Just a classic Cheesesteak with Provolone and some fried onions. No famous place just some random one I found on google maps with good reviews

I will say it was good so maybe I'll have to go back and try some from one of those three places!

Duck legs cooked in Ninja for 30 minutes at 190c on the plate, roast potatoes and organic veg with Bisto gravy, delicious! For a change had some ginger ale with the meal.

Pasta: I used a simple butter, garlic.
Shrimp: pan simmered with water, olive oil, Cajun Seasoning of your choice, parsley, chives.

I pour a little of the shrimp sauce into pasta and mix.

Add shrimp over pasta and enjoy 🙂
