For all of you folks that are at the port or in transit. When did you place your orders? Curious as to what your rough timeline of order to port is.

Ordered car August 25th. But received my allocation on October 3rd so that’s technically your start date. Should have my car i’m assuming first or second week of January.
So about 4 1/2 months total, but about 3 months from the point i received an allocation.👍🏽

No. Gets received at the Vehicle Processing Center. Mine checked in yesterday and a work order was started. I'm guessing your work order has begun as well.

Should be at the VPC for a few days and be released to a truck after that.

Those of us that recently landed in Baltimore. (Obviously we are going different places),
But i’m going to Pittsburgh PA. My associate told me they are supposed to receive my car on 1/2 which is this upcoming monday and i should have it within 24-48 hours of that.

Could be on the same truck, but often vehicles are at the VPC at the same time and released days apart. It should be close though. Your Client Advisor should be able to get you an estimate right now. Mine is being estimated to leave the VPC on 12/30 and arrive here on 1/1.

Just received an email from my CA. He said they should receive it on 12/31. Small chance I could pick it up if it arrives early enough but looks like 1/2 or 1/3 for me.

Glovis Star is Headed Back to Altamira for the next load. I feel connected to this ship since I was checking it everyday for past couple weeks. If your car is waiting in Mex for a ride to a port near you the process is repeating. I saw an article in Car and Driver about these ships and the one that sunk last year with 4000 VW's on it ! Wow that would be a story for you if you were waiting for those cars.

This will be my last update on Glovis star. I am waiting for the Truck to arrive at my dealer in next few days.

Well gents, my car arrived yesterday and I'm picking it up tomorrow. Took less than a week from port to dealer even with the holiday. Thanks for making the wait tolerable and good luck!

My car also arrived today guys.

I’m at the dealer right now cus i came to finalize the paper work and get the trade in value appraisal for my camaro and he said a truck actually dropped off a ton of cars today!

So it should be ready this weekend. Good luck to everyone else still waiting
