Chicken cutlets are the most underrated food. Chicken parm is my #1 favorite meal.

I always serve Chicken cutlets with egg noodles + corn. It's just an unbeatable combination.

And the next day if you have any leftover, you can make a chicken cutlet sub with mayo, lettuce & tomato.

Devilled Chicken, yellow rice, and Brinjal Moju (pickled eggplant) from the Sri Lankan restaurant across the river. Yummy, but it obviously does not travel well in those modern paper-based takeout containers.....
