Gorgeous. Same finish they have on the ZB car on their page. I have gone black wheels on the last 3 cars whether black were oem or not so was considering like an anthracite or gun metal but then you see that matte black on that concave!

I called the Genuis line again since my CA has not confirmed I made it on the boat and they are still showing I'm at port awaiting a vessel. Looks like I just missed the last boat unless genuis is like 5 days behind.

Don't count them out as they could actually be. CA though should be able to tell you for sure.

Oh ya when I go after market 100% correct offsets no spacers. These spacers are temp to fill the oem gap til can get those wheels. Ones I'm currently considering:

All pretty light, can sit flush with no spacers and can be had reasonably. There are plenty of others out there but many of them start getting into much higher price ranges.

I have been speaking with Apex back and fourth. Looks like I will be running the SM-10RS have not decided color yet.

Tires: Front: 285/30-19 // Rear: 305/30-19

From the BMW fitment expert Tom- "The benefit of this setup is that the tires are wide, but relatively short. This means that unlike some of the setups with taller tire heights, the front wheel and tires won't contact the fender liners even with full steering lock dialed in."

I am looking at either the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 (220TW) or Michelin Pilot Sport 4S (300TW)

I haven't seen the 10RS yet on a car. Seems like it is a less common setup which is a plus. Definitely interesting to hear the feedback on the fitment.

Yeah I originally wanted a squared off approach but I grew more and more keen to the staggered look. I am awaiting confirmation if the 10RS will fit (they should as they seem to have the same alignment options as the VS-5RS).

I plan on running my wheel setup with the H&R Sport Springs instead of a HAS after break-in service. I believe it is -1.2F and -.75R. After that I will think will wait a few months to see if any new intake and exhaust systems hit the market.

I am back and fourth on aftermarket carbon pieces. If any, the R44 looks pretty nice.

Genius told me the same thing today even though I’m already in transit from last week.
I think I am on Virgo Leader, it makes no sense why the tracker would fly through all the steps (including awaiting carrier assignment and at the port) to in transit, for them to tell me I’m still at the port in Mexico.
Waiting to see after today what it updates to. They are unloading the ship as we speak.

What did the CA tell you? Mine also went through all the statuses on the same day. And my dealer print out shows I’m in status 195 (exit from port or compound), which is a different status from “at the port”. And the bmw website shows in transit. If yours was at the port, it would logically reflect the status “at the port”, and not “in transit”.

Yeah.. his last update was 10/6. Meaning it’s on the ship. He just hasn’t received a new update and won’t until they scan it after offloading in Oxnard. If the car was loading on 10/6, and the ship departed the same day, clearly it’s on the ship and is already in Oxnard.

If you’re only 15 mins away, I would go check it out. It’s either at the port or at the bmw vehicle processing center about 2 miles from the port. Maybe you’d even see them driving the cars between the port and the VPC.

My car has now been at VPC since 10/2 waiting for HAS (and MP Exhuast if it wasnt done at factory) install. Original completion date was 10/7 so we are 2 days late...I have tint, ceramic, and R44 exterior installation waiting to be scheduled for hopefully sometime in the next 3 weeks. Fingers crossed for delivery before the R44 boyz head to SEMA

It docked early this am, but I’m still showing in transit. Waiting for it to go back to at the port. Probably a lot of cars on the ship so it’s not updating I assume.
