This is what was posted: The Black Series' widebody is much more aggressive and can easily be seen where the fender extends from the tail lights. It also only has dual exhaust, compared to the one pictured. I'm thinking this one is an SL63 at best because the SL65 non-BS has twin figure 8 tail pipes.

Allow me to be the contrarian here...most people who pretend to be someone or something they're not or have something that they don't, might come from a one down or less then place. To enhance their ego they pretend or give the appearance that they have something that they really don't. This may help to inflate their ego and make them feel better about themselves or their situation. We all may have done this at some point in our life maybe even in childhood...therefore when I see someone with a "fake badge", it really doesn't bother me because when you know who and what you are there's no need to let others know that or let them know that what they have isn't real...they already know it
Just my two cents... |

I blame the M235i for starting the epidemic

I know. Now one of the cars at my gym is suddenly an M435i after he changed the wheels on it and did a few mods. Sorry, no pics, but I'm not bothered by it, just amused. He didn't label it an "M4". Has a carbon fiber roof wrap, too.

Park next to it so he knows what a real M is. I bet that would make him feel silly.

I've parked near him but I have no idea who he is in person... just a guy who is into accessorizing his car. Not sure what I'd say if I bump into him in the parking lot, probably just be cool and smile-- since you never know what kind of person they are (hmmmm...). My first thought was to say, "Hey, I didn't even know they made an M435 now!", but better to just hold my tongue and STFU.
