All this time I had no idea they were from Glasgow, Scotland. I also was unaware of their punk start with Johnny & The Self-Abusers. Interesting to me...I'm guessing you all knew this and I'm the only one that didn't.

Stone Poneys were a trio consisting of Linda Ronstadt, Bobby Kimmel, and Kenny Edwards. Another backing band for Linda included Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon, and Randy Meisner, who of course went on to become the Eagles. |
