I was wondering if somebody on this thread could help me out. I downloaded the new songs from tool on my old phone, then received a replacement phone the next week. I can only play four of the tool songs. It's like the rest won't transfer. What can I do?

It should be copy(right) protection. You should download to your new phone, perhaps. Or use another tool (to transfer).

Explore the terms, address their support if still unclear. There should be a way to transfer unless they state the opposite and you missed that. Like (phone) software they (sometimes) claim you won't have to rebuy if transfer/reinstall rather than copy... May be. Or try to beat that shit with different tools to transfer/convert/extract... A different player if a player refuses to play. (Not the case, I got it, just to mention.) Just mind badware, of course!
