On cumin rice. So good!! Amchur, dried mango powder, is the signature flavor. The use of a puréed tomato onion base creates the flavorful gravy.

Gluten free. Would be dairy free and vegan if the small amount of ghee was subbed for vegetable oil.

Had three course dinner earlier at Cafe Rouge,garlic mushrooms on sourdough bread starter, then grilled chicken fillets on Caesar salad, croutons with prossecco and finally a desert which I forgot the name of but was vanilla ice cream with warm pancakes.
