Hi all,
I’ve posted before about the delays I’m experiencing, thanks for the replies.

Just an update here - I’ve been at status 165 since 5/14, so still on the way to a port or waiting at the port for a boat.

For reference, my build was completed on 4/8 so it’s been an unusually long time. I was wondering if there’s any other recourse to escalate this beyond Genius or do I just need to continue to ask my CA?

Build started April 10th
Finished April 26th
Arrived at VDC, port installed HAS May 25th

I’m beginning to see a trend. Depending what options we’ve selected the build times are varied? Seems like buckets and carbon stuff takes longer.

Picked it up! Car felt way more nimble and athletic than my m240i. It will take some practice for me to feel comfortable with this clutch and gearbox. I will definitely consider ordering a clutch stop pad.

All in all the car looks amazing, and drives so well. Only raincloud is there is definitely an intermittent rattle coming from the gear selector area under acceleration as other members have complained about.

The picture is awful, 1000 apologies. Appreciate everyone in the community for all the advice, feedback, flames, and laughs. Here's hoping I meet you on the road someday in the future!

I did luck out on the tire lottery and have Michelin PS4S

Car arrived to dealer 5/10 and picked up 5/13. There was no significant delay with HAS. I am happy with the factory HAS setting. It looks natural to me. Do you have an ETA on yours? I think the car is incredible and couldn't be happier.

Ordered my vehicle on 4/23 and picked up the car today 5/31. I think it might be record timing or something. I still can’t believe it. This car is amazing and the buckets are the icing on the cake. Lots of mods to come. sneak peak of the three piece LMs with gold face

5/31 - Picked up the Car!!!!!!

1st impressions, really solid car and feels amazing. The reactiveness of the steering input is crazy! The HAS kit makes a BIG difference, and am glad I added that as well.

Funny story I was putting on the all weather mats, and in the rear under the carpet mat was a .... 2 Cent Peso!! I put it back in its OG spot under the new mats It's probably one of the coolest souvenirs yet!

Total wait time from order to pickup 89 days.

Definitely worth the wait!!!

How much of an impact does build date have on price? I ordered a Dec 2023 build but complied and registered in May 2024.

I just logged into My BMW and went to the garage to track my build. Still in status 112, but the image of the car changed to show the black wheels even though my order has the bi-color wheels. (I just double checked and it's listed as Bi-color) Anything to be concerned about? Did something similar happen to anyone else?

This just happened to me today but I am at 150 with a production date of this Wednesday. I show black wheels and blue calipers, not bi-color and red as I ordered, but they are still listed correctly in options so I'm not concerned.

Yes - same exact thing for me. Black wheels blue calipers instead of bi-color/red, although they are listed correctly in the options. Must be a weird bug in their system.

However, in between the time I checked this morning and just now, I've gone to status 150! Production has begun and I have a VIN!



The Chrome extension shows a production date of 6/18, does that mean the date it's schedule to be done with production? Seems a bit long, the timelines I've seen before from others make it sound like production usually only takes a week.

I was torn between AW or TR and I went with TR and the car is already built. Your car is making me wish I got AW.

I've read that is the date it will finish production. I don't know that if that is true.
