My BFF from Halifax dropped-by yesterday to surprise me for my BDay and brought something I hadn't tried before.

Happy Birthday LJ.
I haven't tried that one yet either. The brewery is only about 6 1/2 minutes (roughly) from home so I just might pop out and grab some.

Ironic, I just bought a few of these the yesterday as well. I got the LaFin Du Monde, Trois Pistoles & Maudite. They were all very good and tasty...would definitely get them again. I had the La Fin Du Monde before but the other two were new to me and I was pleasantly surprised

I picked up some of the Nine Locks Blackberry Blonde as introduced by Lady Jane . It's not bad. You can really smell the blackberries as soon as you pop the top. I think it's gonna be a "hot day sitting on the deck" kinda beer. Will be buying some more for sure.

Brought back 24 of them when I went to Halifax over the week-end for the Jazz festival.

At the Station 6 Pub, I tried their Dirty Blonde.

Spambots are getting smarter, had me at the first half... Czech beer is great and cheaper than water in some places.

Couldn't find any Greene King IPA at Costco so had to make do with a 24 pack John Smith's Smooth, a dark beer with a firm head that goes well slightly chilled with a curry.
