Christmas dinner and dessert

Beef tenderloin roast with burgundy wine sauce, twice baked potato, and hassle-back rolls with herb butter, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Dessert is a black forest cheesecake with raspberry sauce and white chocolate mousse.
