You made me look ..... My 2013 e92 M3 was @ $3,000 Aussie Pesos less than the G87

You can get an Audi that looks similar to a BMW on paper, it still drives differently.

When I went from my 2011 BMW to my 2023 BMW I felt at home and they drove similarly on the same roads.
That makes complete sense. I guess I was just thinking if these were driven at WOT on a track, the difference might seem more dramatic. But on the street they probably do feel more similar in many regards. And that's a good thing.

2.5 week ownership. On M Perf HAS port installed height. Ppf done. I thought I wanted to go more low but I love that I am not bottoming out everywhere I go like my other car. I might just add a front lip and spacers and call it a day!

Gotta take it for a quick spin to get the rust off the brakes before you take the pics 😛

The other is powered by the S58, has no hydraulic steering & has tons more power plus electronc granny aids...

Where did I say "super similar"?, I said very familiar ... Size, shape, driving position, weight, RWD, power oversteer available on tap... Familiar to my e92 experience.

I hate that rust with so much passion! Everyone is like wash your wheels first and I am like ef not! More work but worth it. IMO. Then a quick drive around the block and all nice looking again.

Cool, looks so good, especially against this backdrop! Great M2 in Toronto red. Was it actually easy to install the air intakes without removing the bumper?

Was not that hard to install them … you need to cut out the horizontal strut … and you need a very thick line of glue to fill the gap to the bumper underneath
