Mine flipped to in transit as well!! I emailed my sales rep this morning to see if he can confirm the ship name as well as any ETA's listed. You can also google the ship name once confirmed and typically you can track, although it goes out of range a lot and takes days to update the location.

My G42 went into production on 7-14 and is stuck at final assembly. I found out yesterday that I can schedule to pick it up in Spartansburg and drive on the track there. I wish my dealer had told me about that. Has anyone else done that and was it worth it?

I think there is a significant charge for this too - about $2500? You also have several racetracks around the country where you can track your car (with instruction) for a lot less $$. |

So I just keep getting the shaft with this thing. It sat in Final Assembly for 2 months and now I just got confirmation that my POA is MD?? I live in FL!! So they're unloading cars in Brunswick GA (not mine), then it's going to MD and getting transported back to Brunswick via ground transportation. What the HELL!?!

I called my dealer today and they told me it would delay me getting the car.

Did anyone that was on Glovis Sirius get offloaded in Brunswick? Trying to figure out if mine was dropped or if it's really going to MD and then getting ground transported back to Brunswick. Neither Genius nor my SA seem to have any good information.

If this helps, it looks like it is going back down to Jacksonville right now and should be there today so maybe yours will be offloaded there. Then back up north for me! |

I guess I'll know within a few days if my status changes. I've seen in previous posts that going from Brunswick to Jacksonville is normal but don't think any cars are actually offloaded there...could be wrong. I'm sure hoping that there's just some misinformation with the POA that the system is showing and my car doesn't go all the way up to MD. So annoying after waiting this long.

Doesn’t look like I made the last boat. My car is still in “ready to transport” where it’s been since 7/25. I emailed BMW yesterday and they replied today just stating it’s been “on its way to the port since 7/26” and they have no further info to share at this time. We are approaching a point where I’ll have to give up on this car and move on, unfortunately.

Crisis likely averted. Early this morning my status updated to "in transit", code 195. Seems as though I was loaded onto the Grand Choice which is currently scheduled to arrive at my port of entry, Baltimore, on 8/20. Reading other posts it sounds like ports are congested and boats are moving around differently than expected but as long as I am actually on that boat, I should be able to borrow a car long enough that I wont have to settle on another vehicle.
