Did anyone end up paying more than the price on their order form, in line with the current price list? I didn’t, but I was expecting to be asked…!

What's the difference between that price and today's list price? The current list price for a standard car is £64,890 OTR.

When I ordered in October 22 it was £61330, and that’s what I paid. On the back of the order it says the dealer can push the price up at any time before delivery, if the manufacturer pushes it up, hence my concern…

Quite the saving then! Also, very good of your dealer to not ask for that increase considering the difference

Is £61,330 OTR? I also ordered on October 22, but then have 12 months road license, delivery, registration and fuel added on top so it comes to more like £63,900. (I then added the comfort pack and bi-colour wheels on top of that).

Yes, mine’s the same - still £1k less than current otr though.

On closer inspection, it looks like they’ve actually further discounted the basic price (pre otr costs) from £61,495 in October 22 to £61,330 to keep the car price the same and counterbalance the £165 increase in the options since then, leaving my price to pay the same.

Ah ok. I thought I had the going rate when I ordered, was worried you had a much better deal!

I have no existing relationship with the dealer I placed the order through, so MSRP was the only offer on the table. When we spoke last month he confirmed that it would be price matched to when I placed the order so guessing I will see something similar on my paperwork then

Mines off tomorrow for ppf and ceramic, thought I’d add a few bits and delete the rear reflectors, once I get it back I’m going to add some carbon.

Yeah and it’s shite.

I’ve not stuck it down because it’s going back, I placed an order for £4K of carbon and this was part of the order (only piece they had in stock) the finish is shocking, wavy and looks like there’s big fish eye, tbh I can’t believe they even sent it out.

That's pretty shocking. I haven't opened mine yet as it's with the PPF installers ready to be fitted. I'm sure Jack won't quibble in terms of replacing it as hopefully it's a one-off that slipped through the net.

Does anyone know if the spanner symbol seen in the below picture means the car has a stop sale against it or is that a generic icon?

My dealer thinks it's a stop sale, but I've checked my VIN on the following sites and there's no outstanding technical campaigns or recalls showing.

Looks good is the quality decent ? I’m trying to decide which one to go with ( had the BMW on my G42 ) but think I will try different with M2 as too much of a gap at the edges with BMW one IMO
Is it the one that’s £345 ?

Yep really good. It's the ID01. The PPF guys gave it a polish as part of the fitment. It finishes the rear end much better than the 'after-thought' of a piddly thing that is fitted as standard without being too 'shouty''.

Kinda - I picked it up last Friday, took it to the ppf guy to do while I was away, and he’s just dropped it off home - but my flight home’s delayed, so I won’t get in til late!
