Delivery!
My car was delivered to my home about 3 hours ago. Repearting from another thread,
Coming from a well-spec'd '15 F82, I was sitting in the garage after it was delivered to my house thinking, - the clutch is awfully heavy - hate the instrument panel graphics - the leather is pretty stiff - no electric steering wheel adjustment? - no 360-deg cameras? - can't figure out these menus - Nav graphics are bad compared to my Mercedes I've only had it 3 hours, but then took it for a 35-mile sporty drive in the country with my wife thinking, - this thing is planted - I won the tire lottery! - clutch feels fine when you're driving - this thing goes! - Love It!

Congrats - The BG over Cognac looks spectacular! How’s the grill? Happy with the paint fix from the body shop? |

Don't hold your breath...mine has been at Ready for Transport aka 160 since July 4 (22 days and counting) and there are a number of others in the same boat (ok, maybe that is a bad use of words) and for even longer. |

The ship with my car (production date 11.07) sailed from Altamira on July 25.

I hear you. Mine has been in 160 since 6/22. Not sure what significance, if any, moving from final assembly to ready for transport in my garage has. But “final assembly” was starting to burn in on my computer monitor, so it’s definitely not a bad thing.

You pick up your car yet? If so, I need to update the spreadsheet.

Mine is still at port. There was an work order on it but it was released to carrier (not carrier assigned). My dealership is 1 hour from port and I am going to be the last to get my car from our group

Yes, picked it up on 7/22. With all the excitement I forgot to make an update. I'll have to post some pics after the PPF and tint. Congrats also on your car. Looks beautiful. Hope you are enjoying your new ride as much as I am. Best wishes to all those still waiting. |

Finally received an allocation that was able to be specced with carbon pack today. Cannot believe it's actually happening. Hopefully, not too many delays occur due to the carbon buckets.

Ok, I was confused by the Carbon Trim in your post. You just listed some of the parts of the Carbon Package but not all.

The front end of my BG G42 was peppered after 10K miles. Not sure if it was the paint or the fact that most of the miles were done on back roads. That said I have not decided if I am going with PPF on my ZB M2 being delivered today at 2pm. I am leasing the car and not sure if I will keep more then a year or 2.
