@cmyx6go didn't you get all new kitchen?
Worried about you with weather coming. Not even a George Foreman grill, panini grill, at least a functional microwave? Stove top work so you could boil?

The stove does work, and I do have a microwave and a toaster oven but those don't help when I have chicken breasts ready to bake. Sorry for the hijack. We will now return to your regularly scheduled programming.

Fish Spatula 2.5 lbs Chilean Sea Bass, 4 pieces fairly thick 1/2 tsp dry basil 1/2 tsp dry Oregono 1/4 tsp dry thyme salt paprika 5 cloves garlic minced (I like the microplane) 7 castelvetrano olives, minced 1 - 1 1/2" tbsp capers, drained and minced 1 1/2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup white wine (sauvignon blanc) 2 14 oz cans cherry tomatos (fresh is better if you have them and want to peel) sprinkle the fish with the dry herbs, salt and paprika over medium high heat melt the butter with the olive oil. add the fish, fry 3 minutes each side and remove deglaze with white wine, add the garlic, olives, capers, and honey, simmer a bit add tomatos, bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer, add fish back in, cover simmer until fish is 140 - 145 degrees internal temp |

I was so hungry that when I got back with the food I whomped it down so quick and must say it was good. I only saw it was something new on the billboard when ordering so went for that instead of a grilled chicken wrap with salad which I have occasionally. I couldn't be bothered cooking something today so this was an easy choice

Y'all get all of the INTERESTING stuff over there! No such thing on the USA menu, although I suspect that you could try to make a special order to see if they will sub the beef patties for McChicken patties on a regular Big Mac.....

My annual red meat last night. I love it, it doesn't love me. 14 ounce filet with chili crunch and garlic butter. Green chili whipped potatoes, and a very nice sunset.
