Congrats to us both.
Mine is heading to Baltimore. From there to Cincinnati. I guess about two more weeks until arriving at dealership.

Curiously, the Glovis Sky is no longer showing up on the Port of Brunswick arrivals listing.

If that is not some kind of anomaly, we could already be on the Wisteria Ace scheduled to dock at Brunswick around 10/1.

I have read where others have posted that the My Garage page didn't update for a couple of days after being loaded on a ship.

Your CA should be able to confirm you which ship.

Good luck to you gentlemen. My recent delivery moved very quickly at this stage. So don't be surprised if it is further along than you think. While my tracker screen showed "Ready for Transport" and the dealers showed "In transit to port of exit" it magically appeared at the VPC in Galveston. I never even got to find out what boat I was on. Was exactly 10 weeks (70 days) from deposit down to picking up at the dealership.

Yeah, my CA's computer showed "In Transit" for code 165 but My Garage website was showing "Awaiting Shipment" for code 165. I am at 12 weeks from deposit right now so likely 13-14 weeks when I get it. My CA told me 4 months from when I placed the deposit so his estimate is looking to be about right plus or minus a couple of weeks.

My CA hasn't really been that forthcoming with info. I would call the Genius line but I am not that concerned about where it is - like our cat, it will show up eventually. Just posting about my journey so future owners can gage their own build progress.

Heck, mine could already be at the VPC Brunswick, off of the Arc Integrity ship a few days ago.

If the info just sent to me by my CA is to be trusted, my car is scheduled to be loaded on the Glovis Cardinal that is still anchored and not yet in port (or loaded).

The Cardinal is showing 10/6 arrival at Brunswick.

That’s interesting. Would be a “first” that the tracker is ahead of reality? More likely you (and I) are already on a boat that left a few days ago. Time will tell..

I explained that exact thing to my CA and he got confused. He said he would make a phone call. He called me back about an hour ago and he said my car is definitely already loaded on the Glovis Cardinal. When he said that a light bulb went off in my head and I asked him to find out what port. He said he didn't know how to check that and said he would call me back. A couple of minutes later he called me back and said it was loaded at Veracruz and I told him that explained the anomaly completely: It loaded at Veracruz and it is now sitting at Altamira (for whatever reason). Doesn't seem very efficient to ship it all the way down to Veracruz for loading when it winds up a few days later at Altamira which is closer to the SLP plant.

It departed Veracruz on the 24th and it arrived Altamira on the same day. Been sitting anchored since then. Expected at Brunswick on 10/6.

I guess it could be waiting to load or un-load something or some other brands at Altamira before it chugs up to Brunswick.

Yes, that makes more sense. Do you know if/when that boat hits Baltimore?

Would that be the port of Baltimore? Vessel Tracker is not showing it yet - the date may be too far out or not scheduled yet.

If it makes stops after Brunswick, it could be a week or longer before it hits Baltimore.

I am hoping it gets out of Altamira pretty soon. What a waste of time for it to sit for 5 days loaded with cars.

The Glovis Cardinal is now being berthed at Altamira. A day or so here loading more vehicles and she should be underway again heading towards the east coast (US).

Based solely on Google maps images, I am kind of glad my car was at Veracruz - Altamira looks a little rough.

I don’t know which ship I am on but I guess it will be 2-3 weeks from now on until it reaches the dealer

The Glovis Cardinal is now being pushed out of the Altamira port and hopefully she will be underway to Brunswick with little delay. Brunswick still shows her with a 10/6 estimated arrival.

Congrats but I am jealous. Was your car on the Glovis Solomon or did it arrive in some other manner? Seems like you would be on the east coast rota but maybe Canada is handled differently. If you were on the Solomon, you somehow beat out a few of us fellow east coasters that have been waiting a lot longer.........

It arrived by train - no ships involved. For Toronto/Ontario, all cars are shipped in via train.
