Order status and timeline

My car is now at the BMW facility in Brunswick. It has been there since Friday afternoon when it was off loaded from the Glovis Cardinal.

The My Garage page just updated this morning to "At the Port" status even though my CA's computer showed it there on his computer on Saturday AM. More proof that they "batch upload" these statuses to the My Garage servers rather than give us the live status that our dealer sees..........

Hopefully, it will get on a truck within the next day or so to be delivered to my dealer - It is only about a 5 hour trip.

Congrats. Won’t be long now. Supposedly mine is hitting Baltimore tomorrow. Probably another week from there to hit my dealership.

For those waiting for the cars in the UK. It seems the Arc Integrity is due on the 15th of October in Southampton having also dropped cars off in the US and then at Bremerhaven before it arrives here.

So looking promising for those that are waiting for cars in the UK.

Also if you really want to watch the cars coming off to see if they are 2 series coupes then check this link out on the day.

Current view today is for cars being exported not imported that's off to the left of this shot.

My CA confirmed this change, but he said I should still get to do PCD because he made the request early enough(~8/31). Fingers crossed, and dang it sucks for those of us that are affected.

I think my car can come on that boat. I have delivery at the dealer scheduled for week 44, I ordered it in April and according to what he told me it had a manufacturing date in week 37, what do you think about the dates? I'm from Spain and I imagine they will arrive in the UK by ship to Europe

I suspect that the car will get distributed from Bremerhaven along with other models that are made in Germany I suspect, group them together to get on another ship to Spain, but not familiar with those logistics.

Mine has switched to 165, Transit from Mexico to Bremerhaven, so does that mean it has left the factory or is on a ship?

Mine just switched back to "In Transit" from "At the Port" status today so it is either on it's way to my dealer or already there.

Hope to pick it up soon.

Often 165 is its on the way to the port to them get on a ship, when was it built. Use the genius to ask where it is they will tell you a port and ETA to the UK that will help track where it might be.

Since found out it’s sitting dockside at Veracruz. A carrier has been allocated but Genius are not allowed to give me any details on it.
My ETA has slipped back a couple of weeks to beginning of December now

1. Do you have a leather horn / airbag cover or rubber?
2. Rear seat climate controls gone?
3. Headunit model # under system settings/regulatory? The MY23 I was in yesterday had an MGU, MGU F

My BG MY23 arrived yesterday after 9 months of waiting, but also have the same car as a MY24 that is in ready for transport (probably 2 months out. $300 difference in cost. I need to decide which one to take.

I haven’t checked the head unit in my MY24 but the leather airbag cover and rear seat climate controls are no more.

Can you please post a picture of the new steering wheel with rubber? I don't know why they did that, the leather variant is so much better and luxurious.
