O M G I came home and there is this WONDERFUL smell to the house. I noticed as I left the pressure cooker was full of chicken parts and veggies, and I spied a few sprigs of clove. Now there is a huge plastic jug waiting for me And the dog

The steak filets have been marinating for the past two days in balsamic oil. With fried onions and mushrooms. Later on my Baby-Q. Now I'm marinating my liver. |

Today had some grilled chicken fillets, a baked potato topped with sour cream and a baby salad mix. A cornetto ice cream finished off the dinner perfectly.

Every year at harvest time, I freeze a few bags of vegetables that I use over the winter months. This is my last one.
Cherry tomatoes, zucchinis, garlic, carrots in olive oil over pasta. |
