Bear hug please. It's cold here. Need the warmth.

Does anyone think that buying 50 acres or so of land and plowing a track through it (in winter) to make it into a winter driving training (on ice) / racing school would be successful in Canada?

If I had the funds, I'd consider it...get a couple of used BRZ / FRS that are cheap and RWD plus tail happy to begin with. I think it would be a ton of fun - was reading about a school in some European country way north that does this...some forsaken place, probably Finland or something. It sounded really good - driving Benz's around a lake for 2 or 3 days. Downside was the cost at $4K plus flight and accommodation.

If thought to be a good idea, as a tack on question - what price would you pay to attend such a school with cheaper cars like the BRZ?

I like that idea. but at $4k I'd just find an open lot and do donuts lolz. I wouldn't know what to pay for that kind experience for 3 days??
I could probably pay $200 for a few hours.

So when is this dog gonna stop pissing all over my house. ? lolz

As soon as you clean the areas the dog peed in with something that neutralizes the urine smell and housetrain it.

Now, does this roommate need a doctor or an exorcist? Thank GOD I start a real job Monday so that I can afford to GTFO soon. The hiring process in the USA is seriously beyond f**ked, but being unemployed for 3 months isn't as bad as some people though, but I don't know how much of this I can take.

And this is what I had to do that night:

When you list something FS on craigslist and put, for example, $500 FIRM. Why do some people say "I am willing to pay you $400" like they're doing you a favor? Kind of like "I'm willing to help you out and pay you this much." Lol

Because "firmness" is a function of wealth and whim, each of which are themselves a function of time. Can someone explain the thought process behind presenteeism? Like seriously, how selfish do you have to be?
