Looks like I spoke it into existence - my status flipped to "At port" a few minutes ago. Just gave Genius a call, and they said that it has arrived at Port Hueneme on Graceful Leader.

If everything goes well from here, I should be able to pick it up from the dealership up in the Bay Area this weekend!

Yep, mine just went from 14 back to 13 too, At the Port. BMW's My Garage has been broken all morning so I can't pull the extended data there but I'm pretty sure it'll be 193 or 170

MyBMW phone app changed status this morning from At the port to In Transit. Now it's showing At the dealership.

My CA called about 11:00 am letting me know that the trailer was here in New London CT. Hopped on my Kawasaki right away to get pictures ASAP.

Hoping to drive it home tomorrow.

I debated between the Aluminum interior trim and the Carbon Fiber and ended up going with the Aluminum. I had it in my M235i and loved it. It was a tough choice and just a personal preference.

PS - some of you probably already know, but Zandvoort Blue is no longer exclusive to the M2. There was an M240i on the trailer in ZB.

I forgot to see how I made out in the tire lottery, but looking at the pictures I took, I got the Yokohama ADVAN tires. The Portimao Blue M2 on the trailer got the same tires as well.

I realize they're probably good tires, but just read a couple owner reviews from Corvette owners on tirerack.com who hated them. One guy said they squealed like crazy at the track, and the other guy said he tried different pressures and nothing worked for him.

The tirerack.com independent test showed them to be close to the Michelin P4S in lap times and skidpad grip, but they said the same thing about the squealing.

Looks like I was on the same vessel as you (Glovis), got off in Brunswick GA on 9/10 for performance center delivery... sadly it's still at port waiting for VPC.... MY25 M240.
If I had opt for dealer pickup, I would be picking up now as well at my dealer in CT LOL

Well that was quick - Got an update from my CA that the car has already passed through the VPC and a carrier has been assigned. Expecting it to be at the dealership by Friday at the latest.

Just posting my full timeline here for another data point as people are placing their orders:

Order received (111) - 7/25
Scheduled for production (112) - 8/9
Production begins (150) - 8/19
Assembly (151-->154) - 9/6
Production completed (155) - 9/9
Final assembly / Released to distribution (160) - 9/10
Ready for transport (165) - 9/11
Loaded onto ship (Graceful Leader) at the port of Lazaro Cardenas - 9/19 (No BMW tracker update)
Arrived at destination port (Port Hueneme) (193) - 9/23
VPC and carrier assignment - 9/23
Delivery - 9/28 (hopefully)

Assuming no unexpected delays from here, it'll be exactly 2 months from allocation to delivery. Not bad at all!

First post. 2024 M2 late July build 7/24. Came over on the Glovis Champion 9/17 Elizabeth port. AW Carbon roof and interior package. Was hoping for Michelin or P Zeros and got the Yoko’s. Gotta say I’m a bit disappointed. Obviously the late 24’s and early 25’s received the same tires. Haven’t seen the car yet but maybe I also got the ‘25 engine management and steering wheel…lol. That would make the tire spec more palatable. Honestly looking forward to picking up the car tomorrow, coming from a 2023 Audi TTS. I’m sure the M2 will be next level!

Small update that may help others who ordered Individual color cars, more specifically, Grigio Telesto orders. I was originally scheduled for a week 32 build, once individual color was accepted, it changed to week 42. My status finally flipped to 112 (scheduled for production.) Hope this helps others in a similar situation.

Interesting to see a mix of Yokohama’s and Michelins from the same batches. I’ve heard a few other people say they got PS4S on there ‘25’s. I’m hoping mine has them tomorrow. I’ve had the advan sports before on my STI type RA and I was not impressed.

I am beyond happy to have finally been behind the flat-bottomed wheel of this amazing machine! I’ve been fortunate to own a few M cars over the recent years, but something about this car is special. Haven’t driven it much, (going for PPF and tint in the morning), so I can’t really pinpoint where the excitement is coming from… really, it’s just the whole package, a thing of absolute beauty, made for drivers!

So let’s drive, y’all… Can’t wait to see everyone else’s as they keep arriving!
