We've had very light snow here since mid-morning, totaling just over an inch by the evening. NWS still says that we may get another 1-2 inches overnight, then into the arctic freezer by the end of the weekend with lows nearing 0 F-ing degrees.....

Getting buried big time on the very first day of Winter. On the bright side, the days will be getting longer. We are not going anywhere. Lots of food and fruity wine. And why is my keyboard sound loud this morning?

We had about 3 inches of snow total from this latest storm. The local meteorological definition of a white Christmas is one inch of snow on the ground on Christmas morning. With four days until the big day and highs forecast to stay below or near freezing until then, I guess that we'll be close to having enough snow left.....
