When should your wheels arrive? You are doing slightly different offset than I am, so I'm curious about the results.

They anticipate shipping early June.

I do get the "black wheels are old" thing, but front to rear I'm going for a common aesthetic. It'll make more sense when all the cosmetic bits are done and wheels are on (they won't arrive until June).
To me they look aggressive, gold are cool, but silver and chrome can give a dated look

Rip. I guess you'll have to tell us how they perform out of the box. Lol. I don't have much hope for Pirellis if I get them in my car. Will probably burn through them ASAP. I don't think there's any incentive to selling them. I'm still undecided if I'll switch to Pilot Sport 4 Season, being in the Colorado and what not. They've been great on my M240i. Still plenty of good driving days in the winter even if the temps dip.

What in the world, is this the first used M2 to be sold?

Nah there have been a few popping up on sites like cars.com and auto trader. I saw one this morning with like 700 miles and of course as $10k markup over MSRP.

Just got curious after this and found a used ZB HEA at Lotus of North Jersey with 181 miles selling for $84,900! Let's see how this goes.

It’s so strange. I just discovered the M2 by chance a few weeks ago and called a bunch of local dealers. This dealer told me this guy always buys their first car, drives it 300 miles, then returns it. Well he called me this afternoon, cars back, been thru the shop, ready to be sold. The “why” of it all remains a mystery. It’s a manual, I’m super pumped to test drive it. If I bring it home I’ll need a place to live for a few weeks

Union Park DE is the dealer.

Haha no, they'll be bagged and stuffed in a corner of the garage. Until I get sick of seeing them then I'll sell them on here.

I can't remember, are your Richland Forged wheels going to be 0.5 inch wider than stock? (in addition to the different offset).

I've been pondering the PS all seasons as an all-rounder so I can enjoy the sunny dry winter days we get in Colorado. Guess I have time to ponder some more since my freaking #1 list allocation is nowhere in sight...

Hopefully you get your car soon! Definitely not ideal to have an M2 delivered during the winter months.

Everyone has their own opinion, but until recently BMW has traditionally produced some of the most attractive OEM polished silver rim patterns of any automaker. Even the basic trim variants had decent looking rims.

Then they went with ferric gray rims to switch it up, and now the ubiquitous black wheels. They do throw a bit of a small bone with bicolor wheels. Those don't out and out reek (I have the Type 893M bicolor on my G42), but I'd vastly prefer a true silver polished option.

No issue with providing a black wheel option, but at least offer a silver polished choice to old school enthusiasts like me.

If the current trend continues and I indeed swap the G42 for the G87 after the LCI this will be the first mod for me.

Hard for me to see how anything like the below can ever be considered "dated".

Some people chose to have a car sooner and have fun for an extra 3 months vs having their preferred spec, "worst" is subjective.
