Do you have a Production Number?
Did he give you a VIR (vehicle inquiry report)?

If you don't have those, then he doesn't have an allocation and you should look for a broker if you really want a car.

I found a broker here out of St Louis. They arranged shipping and I will get a car. The shipping cost is better than waiting.
