In my early 20's I'd have 1 a day. Now in my mid 30's if I have even 1 a week I blow up.

This was my one a month, considering how much this small meal costs I try to go as little as possible

If I need a quick breakfast on the run, typically McDonald's is my go to with a Bagel or McGriddle, those can be addicting.

Breakfast sausage, eggs and onions scrambled in with it. Poured over some toast with cheese, Cholua hot sauce and cilantro. Gives me some fuel, although I’m sure people on the trails can smell me coming. Haha
