Don't be surprised if they are ~$4,500. The frozen colors for MY24 are $2,350 so I expect the individual colors will be significantly more.

I would be a bit surprised personally. If you look at the M3 & M4, the P1 individual colors are priced lower than the frozen paints, which suggests to me that BMW values frozen paint more than P1 individual colors generally speaking.

Could be right especially since its a limited list (the 3 seies that carriestheentire list of colors carries the $4,500 tag so they may keep these in the frozen finish ranfe). I would keep in mind that pearls usually carry a premium similar to frozen so you could have differing prices for all of them.

First time I saw JG was on an F82C, it was absolutely stunning. It's almost like a color you'd expect to see on an exotic not a M car which made it even more cool. It really pops in the sun and literally put smiles on everyone's face.

What 3 Series are you referring to with access to full individual?

To my knowledge, that’s only available on the M3, not other 3 Series variants, has something changed?

Non-individual frozen colors on the G80 are $3600 and the standard individual are $1950 so here’s hoping G87 follows suit.

Don’t say that! May make me want to get it.

I’m in the same boat but with that metallic purple color.

I might just wait for LCI the following year assuming manual stays for base.

While Grigio Telesto does appear flat like Nardo Gray, it can’t be. It’s a “Pearl Effect Metallic.” Perhaps someone can detail this shade in this thread?

I agree it’s beautiful. However it’s not even just pearl, it’s a pearl effect metallic! Is there a different Grigio Telesto that isn’t a pearl effect metallic?

BMW USA’s Individual page confirms it’s the same. Also noticed it’s the only Pearl Metallic of any shade listed on this site. 🤔

The Telesto moon is icy and smooth. Perhaps that’s the inspiration/ connection to pearl metallic.

No, there's only one. It barely looks pearl or metallic. It looks just like Dravit with less metallic flake and silver undertones instead of gold. A nice color but not super unique these days since every brand has their Nardo, Brooklyn, etc.

Love my ZB but damn voodoo and Java green look good. Would have been a helluva choice to make if those were available on the 24.

It's not confirmed until we see it on the builder online for bmwusa, but more colors are definitely welcome. They've been having a lot of trouble doing the special "individual" paints at the mexico plant.

Difficulty executing. They’ve had a LOT of trouble with the paint quality control on non-standard paints like the Individual ones. That’s why a lot of frozen colored M2’s got delayed last year

interesting info. i wonder why that is considering SLP is so new, but its also a young factory, so could just be teething problems

Yah it’s with how they planned out the factory. The production line wasn’t made with individual in mind. Like why individual wasn’t available for the X line of vehicles for so long from South Carolina.
So they’ve been augmenting and investing in San Luis Potosí factory to open it up slowly to more painting possibilities. But yes the teething problems from changing their paint processes.
