This front end has some queues from the E36 M3. Not bad at all. Does it match the rest of the car? Not sure.

I was pretty optimistic about the new M2 when I saw the G42 M240i pics... however, this is hideous. BMW is really jumping the shark with these new M car designs.

True M cars were visceral. Not anymore, the last gen M2C looks good from all angles, and I think it will age well.

That is the best bumper BMW has made in years. Looks like a GT2. No sarcasm, I love it! If they actually put a great motor in it and make it light weight I may actually consider it.

No way this is a BMW leak. Potentially an aftermarket Chinese front end for the G8x? Will be popping up soon on Alibaba.com & you could add some round 90s WRX style driving lights to the square air ducts to give it some extra retro charm.

Nice job on the render though.

BMW won't make unique headlights just for the M2 for a start.

Hilarious how F series owners have to validate their purchase by convincing themself anything new is not worthy.

F series is safe, invisible and getting tired looking. Time to evolve, if you like "safe" designs so much, try Buick, Oldsmobile, etc

I've owned just as many G series cars as I have F so I'm not sure I follow your logic in "justifying my purchase".

Also, comparing F80/F82/F87 in this discussion vs. the G series cars to Buick/Oldsmobile is comical.

I understand and respect your appreciation for BMW's aggressive design language, but looks are subjective. And my opinion, is that they look like

comparative to their previous gen M counter parts.
