Who would have thought BMW would be mining the Dodge back catalog for gold?

to be honest... i'm digging it
not sure if it's the real deal or not, but I feel like as BMW is M-ifying the M240i so much with the hood bump and the mirrors, it's probably not too unrealistic to change the headlights and the whole face... might not be, but wasn't that front kinda like everybody was asking for on the M3/M4? does it look plain? maybe a bit, but that's just a dummy bumper without carbon fiber, mesh etc. if they do the same simplification to the rear with a nice diffuser, this could be a very simple yet aggressive looking car |

I think its likely this is real. There's a possibility that the M2 is getting new squared headlights that will resemble the 2002 Homage.

Easily see why - to tune up aggression, there're a whole lot other ways more effective. And, in recent years you do realize the M approach is to just fit add-ons of (kinda) afterthought (eg: GTS/CS model).

If they go retro with square design and big flares that's awesome I'm here for it.

So if these are fake, then it's a decent fake since it's close to what people are expecting the real M2 to look like.
Now, this really means that China has the capacity to make new bumpers, especially a new bumper with normal grilles for the G8x M3 & M4. Come on guys, make it happen lmao! |

Have a pretty good feeling these are real or at least very close to the final product. Have to wait and see how everything comes together in the end to fully judge.

M2 might end up looking like the speedboat version of the new Tundra 😁 Last edited by zapp; 07-11-2021 at 02:44 PM.. |
