It's a cool review video, but one thing that come to mind: this is more of an apples to oranges comparison, anyone else feel the same? Porsche is in their own league and as others mentioned, the price per pound of performance is quantifiably different.
I did look at a used Porsche before ordering the M2, but felt the M2 fits the bill for me (value, price, daily driving, etc). |

The rear view of the M2 just kills it for me…the rear bumper and taillights drive me crazy. I really like the front, 3/4 front and side view though.

I think anything around 180" or under in length is a good size for a performance/sports car. |

M2 looks big to me. Whenever I see it I think get the M3 for “practicality” of bigger backseat and then get a smaller car like a 718 or 911 for fun That said aren’t many P cars I’d daily over a BMW. Seats and harsh suspension alone (though I hear the new ///M’s are pretty stiff themselves).

Excellent review here. Simply wish these two. cars would've been pushed to their limits at a track instead of the street. Nonetheless, pleases by the results.

Whike I agree with you. I have access to cars all the time that I wish I could take to the track, but the mountains and the back roads are what I have so I make use of them.

Regardless of what the haters say, I think the G87 is an impressive package & in the long run this coupe will appeal to more people down the road. But again, we're all just offering our .02 cents. So back on topic. Great to see more people enjoying the G87 & realizing it an impressive machine, even when compared to cars that cost much much more.

New M2 is the best car for the price in this horribly inflated price market. I’d want one with the carbon buckets, but then like almost every other car it’s way overpriced. Standard seats, few options is the way to go on this one.
Oh, and black ONLY. |
