Here is a pic of my dedicated cereal bowl. I don't use anything else. I can easily devour about 1/3 Of a box of cereal in one sitting.

... now that I think about it, I believe it's called OCD

And before the fructose corn syrup police rappel into my windows, please understand that as a 5'9, 170 lbs extremely active individual, I can assure you that my level of fitness and health is not in danger by indulging in a guilty pleasure such as this once in a while.

I know you're a fellow fithead, so I get you.

I've incorporated strength training and gotten my PRs up- but when you're a swimmer (like in my case) and swim 6500-9000 meters a day (that's 4-5.5 miles) I can eat pizza every single day (I don't anymore but I have) and still maintain <10% body fat weighing 180 lbs.

Daily cereal is like an apple to me

Yes sir! I remember that you are big into physical fitness as well. Someone who follows a strict routine like yours, can definitely afford to "enjoy " the caloric intake, buy refueling with the carbs of your choice.

I know we have a couple of finger waggers in this thread that are opposed to the cereals high in sugar, but that just means more boxes on the shelves for guys that simply "live a little ".

Honey Bunches of Oats

Nature Valley used to have this bomb ass Oats n' Honey with these little soft granola clusters that would absorb the milk and was chronic as fuck. Sadly they don't make it anymore.

This was my favourite sugary cereal when I was a kid...

Now that I'm old it's steel cut oats and berries for me.

Maybe try only eating a 1/4 of the box at a time?

Still, my all-time favorite, and I will eat for dinner when time is tight, is Raisin Bran.
If I have some hot water, then maple/brown sugar oatmeal.

When my blood sugar crashes, I've known myself to eat 1/2 a box of Honey Nut Cheeerios, DRY, handful after handful after handful. With a DIET coke.

You can be a winner every day!

With a box say being roughly 450g, with a mallow ratio of about 1/3 cup:1cup nasty oat bits, so say 10g of mallows. So really, you'd only need roughly 40 boxes of Lucky Charms to make your own Mallow Only Charms!

But then it'll take me twice as long to get the toy at the bottom!

I know there are fellow "Gym Rats" like me here. I will say this... AT 47, my goal is to "maintain a overall healthy lifestyle and appearance". That being said, life is all about "moderation". I would argue that if one were to eat a sugar-filled carb bonanza like some of the cereals I enjoy, eating it first thing in the morning and having all day to burn it off is better than having it later in the evening.

Now, I'm not sure of the feasibility, but surely we can create some kind of sorting machine to do the grunt work for us. Maybe lay out the bits on a conveyor or sorts, mist with a light dusting of water, and use the stickyness of the mallow to get lifted from the conveyor?

To me, you are a winner!!!!! Every day you wake up, you win. If someone challenges that, you punch those cum stains in the throat.

Either mallows or the oat bits weigh less than the other. With the correct vortex of wind you could blow one or the other into a collection bin and have only the part you wanted separated.

That was my first consideration, was creating a centrifuge to separate the oat bits from the mallows, but the holes in the oats may provide air pockets to create a little lift, while the mallows are floating purely by lack of density.

Because of such, the sticky property of the mallow was the next hunch, as the oat bits wouldn't be able to stick with a light mist of water.
