Anyone else hate Daylight Saving Time?

PSA: If you hate Daylight Saving Time you should be celebrating. Tomorrow Daylight Saving Time ends and we go back to Standard Time. 💡

Perhaps you really like Daylight Saving Time and you actually hate Standard Time. 🧐

I would like to go in to work on Monday an hour "early" and continue on with a normal life regardless of what anyone else believes in.

I used to hate it when I was working shift work, I seemed to always get stuck working nights in the fall, clocks went back at 0200, got to work an extra hour and not get paid for it.

It's never made sense to me really, hated going to work in the dark and coming home in the dark too.....I just wish someone would put on their big boy pants and dump it.

I already posted this, but we are dumping Daylight Saving Time this and every fall when we go back to Standard Time. People far and wide vocalize how they dislike DST, when actually they prefer DST and hate Standard Time.

Daylight Saving Time is the time we use in the summer.

Standard Time is the time we use in the winter.

Hey. I am with you. I hate standard time and much prefer daylight saving time. We passed a law in Florida to make DST last all year, but it cannot happen without a change to the federal law. I wish it would happen, but we all know it will not.

What they should do is change the clocks forward 6 hrs every 10am then back in evening so work.day shorter.

I guess it made sense back in the day, but not any more. Those light therapy boxes work wonders. Kind of feels like being a reptile soaking up the sun.

Yup. It sucked. Didn't get that "extra hour" of sleep this morning. I was just up 1 hour earlier than I wanted to be.

Totally with you, it blows. Weekend rides only.

We do have some core mtn bikers that do night rides, but I stopped that a couple years ago.
