oh yeah definitely, I am still tracking my m3 build that I cancelled and it was a week 18 completion most recently and it went back to 111 yesterday

my garage on the BMW site isn't even loading for me so I can't confirm if my status went back to 111. this would be the 2nd time for me if it did. gotta love supply shortages.

Week 14 to June. From my CA: Just saw the pipeline before I got your email. It is now saying June production. That may change, they go back and forth all the time. I think we are now seeing the effects of the war in eastern Europe. A ton of parts come from there for several models.

Fingers crossed you are correct. I'm hiding my bimmerpost and bmw tracking page bookmarks for now and will try to stay away for at least a week or so. It's driving me crazy trying to follow the progress at the moment since there's nothing to be done other than cancelling.

June production means it will be MY23 most likely. My CA the other day said MY23 orders will be available around June. I recently made changes to my order and he said Monday 4/4 will be the last day I will be able to make changes and that no more orders for MY22 will be available.

Yes mine went back to order received from 112. CA said status might change again on Monday.

Order placed 15th Jan
Initial Build week 14 (Status 112)
Dropped to build week 16 last week (Status 112)
Just spoken to the Genius, now build week 20 (Status 111)

So three changes and been told my allocation has been lost.

Starting to wonder if I am going to end up with the silly dashboard...

This whole process shows that the allocation is total sham. They clearly just pick arbitrary dates and lead everyone on. Dangle that carrot. If I had a second choice at this point, I would consider it.

Way better then VW or Audi! Trust me that over there is a lottery! At least here you have a prod # to track regardless constant changes.

GM at the dealer told me BMW set anyone who has not started production back to 111 as they are reelevating parts lists. Meaning new parts have come in and they need to better understand what build they can fulfil. Now is this the truth i don't know.. but sound right based on others here. Also 2022 allocations (M240i) are complete so all new orders will be 2023 with the idrive 8! So here am i hoping i can keep the idrive 7 (maybe?).

O and forgot the wireless is $500 and they can not do anything about it! He said BMW controls this and even with a purchase order dealer will have to adjust.

What does '2022 allocations are complete' entail? Does that mean that people in 111 for a m240 are still getting 2022 models or does it mean 111 people and new orders w/o allocations are getting 2023 models?
